Actually producing the quality of construction that has been agreed in the contract is an essential criterion for economic success. Defective construction and the resulting delays in execution represent substantial risk factors. We have developed an internet-based system for the documentation, systemization and monitoring of defects which is particularly suited for complex projects where a high number of defects occur. The procedure comprises the following:

Our defect management supports you in the enforcement of claims arising from defects and in the fending off of unjustified claims based on alleged defects. At the same time the application of this system facilitates the identification of key matters in connection with the defects that have occurred and are under dispute. We provide you with all the information needed to meet the required demands on quality of construction and evidence in case of disputes and/ or litigation.
