Scheduling and programming

Planning, monitoring and controlling with circumspection are fundamental elements of successful projects. These go hand in hand with the ability to react promptly to unexpected events. We deliver tailor-made programmes for the design, procurement and execution phases. A thorough analysis of processes and the elucidation of interfaces are of prime concern to us. We rely on the critical path method as a well proven means of assessing any delays to the process and developing appropriate counter measures.

One of our tasks is to make sure that time schedules are met and to document the progress of work. In case if disruptions we analyse their impacts and adjust schedules accordingly. To minimise such disruptions we also develop and evaluate acceleration measures. At the same time we devise strategies to safeguard claims arising from changes to the schedule.
